 My name is Julian Wilson, and I have over 33 years of experience in law enforcement, security management, and safety consulting. I bring a deep understanding of protecting people, property, and assets. My career began with the Royal Bahamas Police Force, where I worked in specialized units such as the Central Detective Unit and the Security and Intelligence Branch, gaining expertise in criminal investigations, intelligence gathering, and crisis management. 

 I hold certifications in Port Facility Security, Disaster Management, and Situation Awareness, and have managed security operations for high-profile locations and major resorts on the island. My approach combines real-world experience and strategic planning to ensure organizations are well-prepared for any security challenge. Whether it's a security audit, crisis management plan, or emergency preparedness, my goal is to provide comprehensive solutions to safeguard your assets and people. 

 In 2019, I founded Security Consultant International and Investigation Services, offering tailored security consulting, risk assessments, and disaster preparedness training for homes, businesses, and resorts. My services also include criminal investigations and emergency response training. As a Disaster Management Trainer with the Bahamas Red Cross, I equip organizations to respond effectively to disasters and crises. I also provide Active Shooter Training, customizing programs to help businesses prepare for workplace violence.
